Serre Chevalier

Located close to the National Park of the Ecrins and close to Italy, in the valley of the Guisane, "Serre-Che" is the largest ski resort in the Southern Alps, both in the size of the ski area and by the number of visitors. With over 250 km of pistes that extend from Briançon to Monetier-les-Bains, at an altitude encompassed between 1200 and 2830 meters.  The resort has recently transformed its infrastructure while preserving its mountain and family spirit. In addition to a quality snow and an exceptionally sunny weather in winter, Serre-Chevalier is now offering a multitude of summer activities, making it as attractive as its counterparts in Savoy: horseback riding, hot air ballooning, spa center, diverse cultural activities, ... a new spirit is blowing on the ski resort.

At the heart of Chantemerle, facing the majestic Mont Prorel and just 300 m from ski lifts, ski schools and shops, the 4 * leaseback programme "Les Hauts de Chantemerle” will offer  from 2013/2014 ski season top of the range facilities: indoor / outdoor pool, steam room, fitness room .... The whole residence will bath in the sun thanks to its south-west exposure opening onto a breathtaking panoramic view of the domain. Traditional architecture incorporating local stones and wood will make it a quality lifestyle investment. Between authentic mountain spirit, sports and cultural activities, come and discover a resort full of charm.
