New Build - Mediterranean Coast

Villa Cap Martin,  Roquebrune, Cap Martin

   

Just 10 minutes from Monaco, the two low-level blocks of the Villa Cap Martin have views over the famous Cap Martin, Monaco and the sea.  This highly residential district is home to many opulent villas.  The pool overlooks the sea, while the apartments open onto wide terraces and landscaped gardens with palms and olive trees.  They vary in size from studio to roof villa, and offer sophisticated features including security doors, centrally-controlled electric shutters, fully-fitted kitchen, thermostatic taps, marble bathroom finishes, wall-hung WC and glass cupboard doors.

Just 15 units are available, prices from 280,000 euros to 1.8 Million euros.


Résidence Cap Corniche, Sète

   

The is a renovation project  located between Mont Saint Clair and the seashore, the Corniche quarter has developed around recreational activities; beaches, casinos, shops, tennis courts, all very close to the town centre and the picturesque old port. An ideal spot where tourism and charm are subtly combined.  All the apartments are south-facing and profit from an outstanding view overlooking the sea.  

Located on the waterfront, the building was constructed in the 1990s offers an agreeable, airy and dynamic architecture.  A vast panoramic terrace surrounds the swimming pool which has two basins, one especially for children. Quai d'Honneur and Quai San Marco, Aigues Mortes

   

A private, gated residence offering stylish Mediterranean villas and a small number of apartments around a newly created marina. It is ideally located only a few minutes drive or ten minute walk from the picturesque medieval town centre of Aigues Mortes. Montpellier is just 35 km away.  To be built in phases the properties, which benefit from a high standard interior specification, range from two to four bedrooms and will be sold with a garage or allocated parking space. A number of the villas will have an allocated long leasehold mooring with terrace and private garden. A waterbus is planned to operate between the residence and the town centre.

 Prices range from 178,000 euros to 399,000 euros (incl VAT)

A rental management service is available for long term letting with a guaranteed return.  However this is a conventional freehold purchase and not leaseback and therefore the VAT cannot be deducted.


Sollies Pont, Var

La Farlede, Var
