Les Bastides de Lascaux, Montignac, Dordogne

This 4**** development will consist of 119 fully furnished and equipped 1 to 3 bedroom apartments priced from 3960 euros per square metres.  The apartments will be fully managed therefore owners will benefit from a hassle free investment.  The development's facilities will include a sauna, turkish bath, and half covered swimming pool.

Nestled in the heart of the “Black” Périgord, the cradle of prehistoric culture in the Vézère valley, Montignac offers a rich and varied cultural heritage.  Not far from the medieval town of Sarlat, Montignac is split into two distinct neighbourhoods situated on either side of the Vézère River. On the right bank, the old feudal market town opens into maze of narrow medieval lanes strewn with washing areas, fountains and half-timber houses on stilts. In contrast, the left bank has preserved its historical character as a trading centre for merchants, tradesmen and artisans.

Aubignan, Luberon, Provence

Perigueux, Dordogne

   

Superb leaseback opportunity, a haven of peace and plenty of beautiful untouched landscapes. Limoges

Nantes
