L’Eterlou is a new leaseback property located in Serre-Chevalier, a high-altitude (above 2500m) and all-season resort.  Ideally situated facing the pistes, the development is close to the ski lifts (“Luc Alphand” run) as well as the ski shops and schools.

Val Ecrins, Les Deux Alpes.  Ski in -ski out.

   

The residence is located at the entrance of the 2 Alpes ski resort, just a few steps away from the ski lift of the Côte and the Petite Aiguille. Combe D’Or, Les Orres 

Positioned on the high side of the Bois Méan at 1750 m on land with a east/west facing aspect, the priperty benefits from a dominating position. Its location at the foot of the slopes and an incline of 10% allows access on ski or foot.

   

The residence is at the top of the resort of Les Orres and with its modest building height make a traditional hamlet mixing varied spaces both private and public. La Féclaz

The views are splendid and the risk of avalanche is almost non-existent.  It is located only a very short distance from Chambery.

Saint Sorlin d'Arves, Les Sybelles

Saint Sorlin is the perfect choice for anyone seeking an authentic village atmosphere  without forgoing any of the amenities that are essential to a successful skiing holiday.

It is a picturesque village which sits on a high, sunny plateau above the Maurienne Valley surrounded by majestic peaks such as the 3500-m Aiguilles d'Arves and L'Etendard.  This is a quaint mountain village of carefully-preserved Savoyard farmhouses and long- established shops built around a early 17th century Baroque church.   Saint-Sorlin is a proud community that has successfully managed to preserve its ambience and traditions down the years, whilst at the same time it caters for the exacting demands of a 21st century  ski holiday with a choice of restaurants, bars and shops.  The giant newly created ski area of 310kms of pistes is tipped as an area of potential growth.  

   

The development is located in the village, close to the lifts.  It will comprise 40 apartments of two bed duplex to 4 bed properties set in 20 individual chalets.  The chalets will have wooden facades reflecting the charm of the local architecture.  They will be fully furnished to a high standard.

“Les Terrasses de La Bergerie”, Orcières-Merlette, Hautes Alpes

   

“Les Terrasses de La Bergerie” residence is located in Orcières-Merlette, in Hautes Alpes and is one of the best ski resort in France.  This will be a ski-in, ski-out residence, which will be managed by the highly reputable company It is located only 160 km from Grenoble airport and 20 km from Lyon airport.  Each of the 89 apartments (T2 to T3 Duplex, from 27 to 58 m2) will have their own individual balcony or terrace and offering stunning landscapes. Underground parking will also be available.  There will be direct access to the slopes.

Prices start at 128,000 € for a one bed apartment, rising to 304,000 € for a duplex.  The yield will be 3.0% and includes for 1 week personal use, or 2.5% for two weeks use.  Thee weeks use is also possible.


La Feclaz, Savoie

   

The residence will be constructed as a small village with a hotel at its centre and lodgings grouped into small units, together with individual houses with internal spas. There are 1 bedroom apartments between 33 and 66 m2.  The facilities incluce a pool.  The ski resort of La Féclaz is situated in the Bauges area of the Savoie department in the Northern Alps region. The lift served area extends from 1165 metres to 1525 metres.  This small resort, oriented more to cross-country skiing is situated on the Bauges plateau above the Lac du Bourget. It is part of the Grand Revard ski domain. The views are splendid and the lift pass very good value for an afternoon's skiing. There is even a surprisingly steep "Olympic" black run.  Prices start at 125,000 euros with a yield of up to 4.00%.


Font Romeu,  Pyrenees

Located at the foot of the ski runs and near the all year round facilities, the residence has everything to seduce the mountains lovers looking for pleasure sports or the amateur for relaxation.  Situated on the vast plateau of the Cerdagne, Font-Romeu is surrounded by towering peaks that rise to 2900 meters. The resort claims over 3000 hours of sunshine per year, making it the sunniest in France. It is part of the Neiges Catalanes ski domain.

The resort has 500 snow canons, 54km of downhill ski runs and 111 km of cross-country trails. The lift served area extends from 1800 metres to 2200 metres and there is a snowpark. It is also a real Pyrenean village with restaurants, bars, shops, a casino, cinema, ice-rink, swimming pool and sports centre. The resort puts an emphasis on family skiing. There are natural hot-spring baths including an external hot pool surrounded by snow.


La Grive, Chamroussse

Prices from only 101,000 euros for a one bed apartment,  and with a yield of up to 4.50%.  This property is located at the foot of the slopes.  It will be managed by Electricité De France and offers significant growth potential.  La Grive has a commanding position in Chamrousse, with views looking out west over the entire valley below.


Le Golf Eauze d’Armagnac, Golf de Guinlet, Eauze, Midi-Pyrénées

   

Le Golf Eauze d’Armagnac will offer 40 apartments from T2 to T3, and 88 houses from T3 to T5, all of them set along the 18-hole golf course. The houses will have their own private swimming-pool and own private garden. The apartments are to be built around a common swimming-pool space accessible by their south-east and south-west facing loggia.  The development is located only 125 km from Toulouse, 155 km from Bordeaux and 169 km from Spanish border.

Le Recoin, Chamrousse

This 3 *** development is located in the Chamrousse ski resort in an area called Le Recoin, and at an altitude of 1650m.  The apartments are mainly south facing and each has a large balcony. The development includes a spacious spa and relaxation area, with heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, massage and beauty therapy areas.  There is underground and exterior parking with private storage for ski equipment. 

Chamrousse is a relatively small ski resort located at the south of the Belledonne massif, which is 30 minutes from Grenoble and offers spectacular views of the city.  The skiing at Chamrousse is ideal for beginners and early intermediates, although the ski resort also provides for more advanced skiers.  The village is attractively placed amid numerous trees, which also provide lovely forest skiing. Nightlife is fairly quiet; however, those keen for a bit more action can easily head into Grenoble to sample the town’s profusion of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.  This area has experienced significant capital appreciation last year.

Rive Droite, St Sorlin

    St. Sorlin d'Arves

St Sorlin is an example where charms of the environment meet the modernity of the resort. It actually combines 6 resorts and offers 310 km of slopes and is the 4th largest French ski resort. It is also a fabulous summer resort with varied activities including fishing, mountain biking, gliding, abseiling and tennis.  

St. Sorlin and St. Jean d'Arves are part of the Les Sybelles ski area with over 300km of piste. New lifts and pistes were opened last year amid great anticipation to provide the newest large ski area in France and there are futher plans to improve and develop the lifts and runs. St Sorlin and the hamlet of St Jean d'Arves are small, charming villages with a typically French atmosphere and the buildings have a traditional, Savoyarde style.  Each apartment has a ski locker. There are also 46 underground car parking spaces. The residence consists of 51 apartments with lift and some duplex ones that can accommodate up to 10 people.  The majority of the apartments have a terrace or balcony and offer a majestic view on the mountain and the surrounding slopes.  It also has the advantage of being located at the heart of the resort all near the facilities and only 100m away from the main chairlift.

Grenoble

The development is located in the Quartier de Bonne, one of the central districts of Grenoble, and has been designed to integrate within its impressive surroundings.  The area is a exciting blend of businesses, leisure facilities, housing, shops and open space. These apartments are located in front of a large 5 hectare landscaped park with fountains and tree lined walks.

   

Like many French cities Grenoble is an alluring mix of old and new. Situated at the foot of the looming, snow-capped Alps next to the Isère River stunning location combined with the buzz of a great city makes it popular with culture buffs, old romantics and history lovers.  One of France's largest cities, it is not surprising that Grenoble is culturally rich and cosmopolitan. Like many French cities it combines regal, olde worlde architecture with ultra-modern buildings to create beautiful surroundings and offers fantastic amenities and lots to do and see.  The resort of Les Deux Alpes is only one hours drive away, with many other reorts nearby, making Grenoble the perfect base for ski lovers.

Valberg

New 4 **** residence in the heart of the Valberg resort,  The Val D’Azur is situated some 1700 m high. It is ideally located at the heart of the resort and the ski lifts.

   

The residence offers panoramic views on the mountains and benefits from a lot of sun as it is south facing.  It offers an indoor swimming pool with windows facing the slopes, fitness centre, large welcoming lounge, cleaning services, luggage hall, ski lockers etc.

Valberg is located in the Beuil area. With 90 km of ski length, you will always find new pistes, new challenges and an amazing variety of skiing. It is also possible to ski over to Les Launes and the Beuil ski area, where you will find more slopes to ski in beautiful scenery.

Les Loges Blanches, Megève  

       

This elegant tourism and leisure residence, situated in Megève, just 500 meters from the centre of the village and the famous casino, is totally dedicated to well-being. Le Roc Belle Face will be a 4**** residence located directly on the slopes with fabulous views of the slopes and valley.  Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam and fitness centre.  Access could not be easier with Eurostar direct to Bourg St Maurice from where there is a funicular railway direct to the development.  Apartments will range from one to four bed duplex with prices starting from 153,000 euros and with guaranteed rental returns of between 2.5% to 3.8% depending on personal usage.


Flaine

   

Despite its modest altitude, Flaine has as a more reliable snow record than any resort of comparable altitude in France , thanks to the micro-climate created by nearby Mont Blanc . Snow cover is virtually guaranteed from early December until late April. Equally important is the high quality of the ski terrain, which extends to the traditional villages of Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz, and Sixt. The following is an extact from a recent article in the financial Times.  "Vallorcine is another satellite of Chamonix, 16km to the north-east and linked to its domain. Immoconcepts is about to build Les Aiguilles Rouges, a development of 80 apartments, shops, restaurants, a hotel and wellness centre, there. The intention is to transform [it] into a high-class ski resort while also remaining a little village  .....[Prices are] about a third less than in the larger resort...These outlying villages are for people who want to be able to access a big ski resort and get a property of equal quality without paying the higher price."

Morrilon

    

Le Jardin des Neiges will be a 4* leaseback residence located on the slopes of  Morillon 1100 and only 200m from the centre of town. It will comprise 55 apartments with swimming pool, sauna, hammam , jacuzzis, massage rooms and fitness room .  The properties will range from 1-bed apartments ( from 33m2) to 4 bed duplex apartments, with prices starting  from 195,000 euros which  includes covered parking and 4* furniture package. Morillon is a charming Savoyard village built around a 16th century church in the beautiful Giffre Valley, only 35 miles (1 hour) from Geneva airport and a 15-minute drive from the motorway exit & TGV train terminal of Cluses.  It is one of the 5 resorts that is part of the giant Grand Massif (Flaine) ski area with 77 lifts covering 265km of piste. At the same time Morillon manages to retain its individual character as a small resort much loved by generations of French families. It holds the official ‘Les p’tits Montagnards’ label for its superb children facilities. 

Weekly torchlight descents, concerts, wine and food tasting, and a variety of activities for children are all part of an extensive winter programme of entertainment.  Value-for-money restaurants make eating out a pleasure while a ‘traiteur’ produces first class regional food to take away.  Morillon 1100 (Les Esserts), the purpose built resort above Morillon village is very much a pedestrian family friendly resort. It offers a small selection of restaurants and bars, a few shops and mini-supermarket. The ’Village des Enfants’ children facility is based at Les Esserts.

The villages own complex of nine lifts is directly linked to Flaine, Samoens, and Les Carroz with runs for all abilities. Extensive off-piste opportunities are an added bonus.  Snowboarders and twin-tip skiers have a choice of three purpose built terrain parks.  Snow record from Morillon 1100 is generally good, and well above other resorts of same altitude. Snow cannons allow a useful top-up early and late season (from mid-April).  The Chamonix Valley and the Portes du Soleil (Les Gets, Morzine and Avoriaz) are only a 30-minute drive away. Morillon is also an ideal starting point for cross-country skiing, walking and snow- shoeing.


Tignes

The glacier used to be open 365 days a year, but the combination of damage from global warming, and a falling interest in summer skiing over the past decade, has caused the resort to 'rest' from mid-May until mid-June and again from early September until October. During the summer months 13 lifts serve 20km of high-altitude pistes with a respectable vertical drop of 750m.

Tignes is divided into four main areas with the main village also sub-divided into different quartiers. The resort lies at the head of the Haute Tarentaise, a 40-minute drive up the valley from Bourg-St-Maurice, and is connected by lifts and pistes to Val d'Isère. Together they form a 96-lift area with 300km of piste that is known as L'Espace Killy and has few equals for the diversity of its skiing and riding.

The main resort, built at 2100m, was a monument to the architectural horrors of the 1960s, a concrete jungle completely out of keeping with its beautiful setting beneath the twin peaks of La Grande Motte and La Grande Casse. However, huge investment in recent years has transformed Tignes into a much more aesthetically pleasing place. New buildings have been constructed in a sympathetic mountain style and the older beasts of are either being re-clad or torn down one by one for redevelopment.


Edenarc 1800, Les Arcs

   

Edenarc 1800 is Intrawest’s new resort in Europe at the heart of the Paradiski domain, offering contemporary Savoyard living and high-end services. The first stop on the breathtaking ride to the glacier is Roche de Mio (2700m), from where even inexperienced skiers can enjoy genuinely long runs home. Brides-les-Bains, Three Valleys - Coming Soon

Brides-Les-Bains is a traditional alpine resort situated in the valley below Meribel, with excellent access to the extensive skiing available in the world famous Three Valleys Ski Area.  Known also as the resort of “Elegant Women”, Brides-Les-Bains is France ’s leading slimming spa resort.

A 20 minute gondola ride will take you from Brides-Les-Bains to the heart of Meribel, the centre of the largest ski area in the world. The resort of Brides-les-Bains is unique in France where there really is something for everybody whatever their tastes, be they of a sporting nature or more thought-provoking.  Brides-Les-Bains is an excellent base for exploring the Three Valleys for those who aren’t looking for the hectic nightlife or higher prices common the main resorts. Les Arc 1600 - Coming Soon

The lowest of Les Arc resort areas - Arc 1600 - has a real village atmosphere. Linked by high speed funicular in just 7 minutes to the Eurostar station and mountain town of Bourg St Maurice, it is also connected to the other villages by regular free shuttle buses and ski lifts.   This compact, small resort, set in the trees, makes an ideal choice for families mixed ability and young children. Arc 1600 is also known as Arc Pierre Blanche, named after the mountain guide and active founder of Les Arcs.

The Vanoise Express is a spectacular double-decker cable car, linking La Plagne and Les Arcs. The result is Paradiski, one of the world’s biggest skiing areas.  The numbers are boggling: all told, there are no less than 239 pistes, 425km, 29 black, 66 red, 132 blue and 12 green, plus 4 snowparks and one halfpipe. They are serviced by 144 lifts, with lower slopes at 1200 metres yielding to the glaciers at 3250 metres; so skiing is assured throughout the season, (indeed summer skiing is also offered).
