Les Écrins d’Anaïte, Combloux

   

   

Perched on a balcony opposite the Mont Blanc and just 4 km from the renowned resort of Megeve so popular with the social elite, Combloux enjoys a prime  location and offers its visitors exceptional panoramic views of the Mont Blanc.  Combloux is a village where you will enjoy the French way of life, discover traditions and culture and enjoy a good meal. Six-Fours-les-Plages, Côte d’Azur.

30 individual 2 and 3 bed villas ranginfg in size from 49 to 58m2.  With breathtaking landscapes and more than 1000 km of coastline, Corsica, "the island of beauty", is the dream location for nature and sea lovers. The properties comprise bungalows constructed in one, and featuring flat screen TV and WIFI access.  They are priced between 123,000 euros and 140,000 euros and sleep up to 10 people.  The yield is 4.5% excluding personal use.  A number of personal occupation options should be possible.


Résidence “Le Monte Bianco”, St Gervais

In a marvellous setting and a view taking one's breath, the Cely Golf Country Club is one of the jewels of French golf courses. The house, built in a valley and stretches to 55 ha.   The Château de Cely is an elegant resort located in Cely-en-Biere, part of the Ile de France that encircles Paris. Surrounded by  fields and forests created by the Seine and Marne Rivers, its beauty and proximity to the capital encouraged kings and courtiers to build their châteaux there. Located right on the ski slopes (ski-in, ski-out) and overlooking the village of Allos , Les Hauts de Seignus, this 3 star tourist residence will comprise 93 apartments offering exceptional views of the surrounding mountains.  All will have a terrace or balcony.  The facilities will include a breakfast room, laundry, lounge-bar, cyber café, pool, fitness room, jacuzzi, sauna and spacious terrace.  Parking will be both within the building and to the outside.  

Comprising the traditional Le Seignus and the more modern La Foux, the Val d ' Allos has miles of skiing but without the crowds of other large resorts. Established as a ski resort in the 1930 ' s, the area has retained a laid-back, Provencal atmosphere and is very popular with families from Nice, Cannes and Monaco . Fantastic scenery, loads of skiing for all abilities and no package tour operators makes it one of France ' s undiscovered gems. Nice is located only 130km away from the all-year round resort, with its numerous budget airlines serving the airport.

       

Prices start at only 98,000 € for a 1 bed apartment of 30m2, increasing to 260,000 € for a 2 bed duplex apartment of 70m2.  All the apartments are fully furnished.  This equates to a very reasonable cost per square metre and worthy of further careful consideration. The yield is up to 4%.
