Les Écrins d’Anaïte, Combloux

   

   

Perched on a balcony opposite the Mont Blanc and just 4 km from the renowned resort of Megeve so popular with the social elite, Combloux enjoys a prime  location and offers its visitors exceptional panoramic views of the Mont Blanc.  Combloux is a village where you will enjoy the French way of life, discover traditions and culture and enjoy a good meal. Six-Fours-les-Plages, Côte d’Azur.

With its little traditional fishing-port, golden beaches, hidden coves and narrow, shady streets, this little resort is one of the most typical and picturesque holiday destinations on the Côte d’Azur. Résidence “Le Monte Bianco”, St Gervais

   

The development represents the renovation of a former hotel.  From “Monte Bianco”, you can easily reach the pistes, with a cable car only 400m away.  Facilities will include an indoor heated swimming pool and spa with gym, sauna and solarium.  The apartments are available from studio to 2 bed with floor areas ranging from 19m2 to 74m2 and have terraces.  They are fully furnished with kitchens, satellite TV and internet access.

In a marvellous setting and a view taking one's breath, the Cely Golf Country Club is one of the jewels of French golf courses. The house, built in a valley and stretches to 55 ha.   The Château de Cely is an elegant resort located in Cely-en-Biere, part of the Ile de France that encircles Paris. Surrounded by  fields and forests created by the Seine and Marne Rivers, its beauty and proximity to the capital encouraged kings and courtiers to build their châteaux there. Borgo Pineto, Corsica

   

This leaseback development comprises 102 fully renovated and furnished holiday houses with fitted kitchens, ceramic tiled bathrooms and solar heating. Renovated in 2007. The whole complex is called Residence Borgo Pineto and includes: reception, internet, 300m2 outside pool, bar, restaurant, library, launderette, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, petanque court, children’s club and watersports. Owners have three ownership options;

Formula A
A pure investment with a  yield of 4.3% but with no personal use.

Formula B
The management company will rent out your apartment against a net guaranteed yield of 2.36 % during:  
-          2 weeks in April
-          1st and 2nd weeks of June
-          2nd, 3rd, and 4th weeks of July
-          1st and 2nd weeks of August.
 
Formula C
The management company will rent out your apartment against a net guaranteed yield of 2.20 % during:  
-          1st and 2nd week of June
-          6 consecutive weeks beginning 1st week of July
 
During these weeks you will not be able to use your apartment but you can use it any other weeks whilst the residence is open.  The owner can also choose to allow the management company to rent their property during other weeks and if rented the management company will give them 60% of the turnover generated from the apartment during the additional weeks rented.

   

Prices from only 92,000€
